Locate your original printed or digital receipt, as proof of purchase is strictly required for all refund or exchange processing.
Visit a ReStore Location
Bring your item and receipt to any of our Greater Vancouver ReStore locations during regular business hours for an inspection by our staff.
Receive Your Refund
Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment, helping us maintain transparency in our fundraising efforts.
